Claudia Green is general counsel at Fermat Capital. Claudia joined Fermat in 2010. She has 17 years of experience in securitization law. While an associate at Skadden Arps from 1997 to 2005, she was given the principal counsel role over seven consecutive issuances of USAA's flagship Residential Re catastrophe bond program (still the ILS market's largest and longest continuously running program). After Skadden and prior to coming to Fermat Capital, Claudia continued her work in securitizations as vice president and senior analyst for Moody's, where she was the principal legal analyst on many insurance-linked securities and analyzed structural and legal risks, including counterparty risk and swaps in cash-flow structures. Claudia has bar admission in the State of New York and received her B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of New South Wales (1995).
